For me, pretending to be fearless doesn't resonate, nor does just pushing through without reflection.

So, how do I tackle the fear of failure? What strategies help me move past it? My journey has led me to a simple yet powerful realization: fear is often just "false evidence appearing real." In essence, it is a construct of our minds. If we choose not to believe in it, it loses its grip on us.

To combat this fear, it’s crucial to acknowledge that it is a mental creation. If we dismantle this illusion, we can reclaim our power. However, not everyone possesses the innate psychological strength to simply let go of fear. Therefore, I recommend examining the pain that fear causes when it hinders our progress. Understanding the regret and missed opportunities that arise from letting fear dominate my decisions fuels my motivation to act. It’s a painful reminder that pushes me to tackle challenges, and you can harness this technique as well.
