Every summer, upon returning to boarding school, I would request a larger skirt from the matron. By twelfth grade, I felt the weight of my 85 kg body, with visible signs of my struggles. My doctor warned that my hormonal issues linked to weight gain could worsen. Thus, when I entered college, I began exercising. I didn’t strictly diet; instead, I focused on cutting out junk and moderating indulgences like chocolate. I missed many social gatherings, clinging to my routine. However, losing weight not only improved my physical health but also significantly boosted my confidence—an essential part of my daily life even today.

Waking up at 6 AM for classes and finding healthier food options was tough, but the benefits made it worthwhile.

  1. Uncovering Life-Altering Mindsets
