This is a volume-based business.

Set a base fee for workshops or webinars, plus a tiered structure. For instance:

A fixed price of $500 for the first ten participants, with an additional $100 for each extra attendee.

This incentivizes prospects to bring more participants at a lower cost.

Consulting Service Type #2 — Transformation Services

This focuses on client relationships.

Consider areas like massage therapy or beauty treatments, where the business is built on time and attention.

I recommend package pricing, such as $X for Y sessions, as it works well in this category.

In this case, you're selling specific projects.
