Your July Challenge: Day 2
Welcome to the World of Word Creation!
A warm greeting to our new ILLUMINATION authors, today’s Daily Tip, and some exhilarating writing prompts!
Last month, I featured several stories from our newly joined writers in the ILLUMINATION Publication. This allowed us to discover some remarkable writing and connect with our newcomers.
However, putting those features together took considerable time, leading me to fall behind on my own writing and interactions with others.
This July, I'm adopting a different strategy to welcome our new writers...
#### Greetings to New Writers!
Instead of reviewing your stories myself, I invite you to craft a new story based on one of the Fantasmical writing prompts that I will share later. Please make sure to tag me, Timothy Key, and mention that you are a new writer responding to one of the prompts.
> I will include your creations in an upcoming "Your July Challenge" article.
But this isn’t solely your responsibility; I will also aim to tackle one challenge or prompt each day. I wouldn’t ask you to do something I'm not willing to do myself.
For those who are not new to ILLUMINATION, there are plenty of exciting features in this daily challenge bulletin for you as well.
Starting today, I will introduce a Daily Tip. Even experienced writers might discover something new that makes them think, “I didn’t know that.” So, be sure to check back every day for these tips and to get inspired to write your best!
The Daily Tip!
Did you realize that leaving comments on stories not only boosts visibility for the author but also enhances your own presence? Every comment you make is counted in your stats, and frequently engaging with other writers can help you gain a strong following.
This exemplifies the win-win scenario where every comment promotes the work of both parties!
No matter how long you’ve been a part of our publication—whether just joining or since the beginning—we have a supportive team of editors and writers eager to assist you in promoting your work.
#### We only ask that you reciprocate.
Craft Your Writer Bio
Creating a writer's bio is one of the best ways for us to learn about you. Dr. Mehmet Yildiz will showcase it in his daily bulletin and it will be included in our collection of writer bios. Explore the rest of the bios here:
