Maintaining a regular spiritual practice is essential for me, as it provides the necessary downtime to calm my racing thoughts and cultivate a sense of peace and joy. One of the most effective methods for achieving a heightened state of intuition is through focused breathwork. Consider this: despite our tendency to ruminate on worries, a staggering ninety percent of what troubles us never actually comes to pass!
Engaging in dedicated breathwork quiets the relentless noise of our minds. Each morning, I carve out a moment to sit in stillness and take several deep, deliberate breaths. Within five to ten minutes, my thoughts naturally settle into tranquility.

Once my mind is calmed, I gently place my hands over my heart center, keeping my eyes closed. I may experience a disorienting sensation, such as tingling or pressure in the chest area—this is completely normal as my breathwork activates the heart chakra.
I then release any questions or concerns I have into the universe and let my hands rest in my lap. This practice is about observation and surrender, devoid of any attachment to specific outcomes. Emotions or visions that surface are carefully noted in my journal afterward.
These insights are a direct connection to your personal guides and angels! Any positive emotions felt during this process can be seen as the universe or a higher power communicating with you, tapping into your profound intuition.
